At United Living, we revitalise homes and communities through the regeneration of living spaces, breathing new life into local neighbourhoods.

Our experienced teams are specialists in working within occupied properties, ensuring that there is minimal disruption to residents and communities. We collaborate with community and social value specialists to deliver long lasting benefits for all.

We’re specialists in net zero retrofit, working closely with our clients to lower the carbon footprint of their buildings and in turn, minimise operational costs. This includes using more thermally efficient building products, and energy efficient technology to deliver cost efficient, carbon reducing solutions.

At the heart of our work lies our commitment to fostering a more sustainable, inclusive society, by leaving a positive social impact on the communities we work with across the country.

We work with community organisations, resident associations, youth groups and sheltered schemes to ensure that all voices are heard and represented.

Our social value strategy focuses on the three strategic themes:

Tackling economic inequality by promoting local skills and employment.
Supporting sustainable economic growth, including small to medium enterprises and social enterprises.
Addressing health inequality, promoting wellbeing and community integration.

The Hope Community Project

The charity, based on the Heath Town estate, was formed in 1985 and supports people of all ages in the community. In 2017, it was awarded the Queen’s Golden Jubilee award for voluntary service, the highest award a local voluntary group can receive in the UK.

We have worked closely with the Hope Community Project for many years, providing financial support with the community in mind, including a £10,000 food bank sponsorship per year for the next five years. Our staff also help to cook and deliver Christmas meals for local families and individuals across Wolverhampton.

We have also donated equipment for the new computer suite and provided access to our online learning platform, supporting people into work, and developing new skills. We also help to facilitate family fun days throughout the summer period.
